MONGOLIA THROUGH THE LENSES OF INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
‘Mongolia Today’ international photojournalists program wrapped up on October 17 with the closing of the summary exhibition. National and international photographers from Russia, China and Japan took a week photo tour in Ulaanbaatar, Erdenet and Darkhan cities within the project. They visited the special sites and major plants in Tuv, Darkhan-Uul and Orkhon aimags, getting acquainted with the local life. The shots taken by the photographers reflected the history, culture, traditions and wild nature of Mongolia along with the modern lifestyle.
A joint exhibition featuring about 50 photos of the tour was displayed at the Mongolian National Modern Art Gallery.
