Ambassador of Mongolia H.E. Mr. BOLD RAVDAN met with Dr. NIHAT PAKDIL, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock of Turkey at his office in the Ministry and discussed about future cooperation. As a follow up to the Protocol of the 8th session of the Inter-governmental Joint Economic and Trade Committee Meeting between Mongolia and Turkey, that was signed in March 2018 in Ulaanbaatar, as well as the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministries during the Prime Minister H.E. Binali Yıldırım’s visit to Mongolia in April 2018, where two sides agreed to launch cooperation in the field of agriculture, by implementing Turkey’s advanced technologies in meat-processing and leather processing factories in Mongolia, Ambassador and Deputy Undersecretary stated the bilateral agricultural cooperation is essential to boost the economic and trade relations between the two countries. 

Both sides agreed to organize the visit for a team of experts of Turkey’s Food, Agriculture and Livestock Ministry to Mongolia in September 2018, for further development.
